I can honestly say that meditation has helped save my life.

In a time of mental turmoil, anxiety, instability, depression, doubt, uncertainty, mental fog, and the challenges of life, my meditation practice truly provides me with a level of grounding and tranquility.

Meditation is a practice dating back thousands of years with traditions across every culture.

But I'm not here to bore you with the history of the practice of meditation and theories. I'm here to teach you how to actually DO IT.

A few years ago I was cynical, depressed, bitter, nihilistic, anxious, always broke, had a shitty job and had a bleak outlook on the world. I thought people were shit, the world was doomed, and death was final.

Those things are no longer the case.

This is a streamlined guide to help you with establishing a consistent practice to reprogram the subconscious through positive self-talk, reduce anxiety, reduce stress, increase mental wellness, and enrich your spiritual development.

I accomplished much of my development with two simple, yet powerful tools.

I know what works. I've done it.

The point of the course is two-fold.

With meditation you want to quiet your mind and calm your body. 

Meditation has been proven in healthcare and medical studies to reduce stress levels and cortisol (the stress hormone) production in your body, as well as reduce anxiety.

With the affirmations you want to replace some of the negative and harmful self-talk happening in your mind with positive self-talk.

We as humans tend to beat ourselves up in our own psyche which causes a negative feedback loop.

Many times this results in cynicism and even anxiety and depression because our own mind is working against us.

I've decided to compile the daily practice that helped me through my mental and emotional turbulence into a very simple, straightforward, routine that anyone can complete in 20-60 minutes a day.

I've now packaged it into a very accessible and uncomplicated course that anyone can easily pick up and get started with.

The course not only provides specific instructions for you to follow daily, but also gives you enough of a foundation and flexibility to tailor it to your own preferences.
